Obesity has become one of the number one killers in the United States and the diseases that come along with bad nutrition and health have taken the lives of our young and old. Many have simply not been educated well enough to know the correct foods to eat in order to nourish and fuel the body. Bad food choices are not the only factors that effect health, physical fitness is just as important as eating right. During this course you will be educated on the correct foods to eat and the right amount needed to maintain the correct weight for your body. We will also walk through the weight room and get familiar with the different machines and free weights by going through a short weight and cardio work out.
