YMCA Healthy Kids Day celebrates making fitness fun through programs that teach healthy ways to play and stay active, connected and healthy. Activities and information include games, sports, healthy eating habits, dental care, and more.  Participants will receive a t-shirt.  Healthy Kids Day is held in conjunction with the Killeen/Heights Rotary Clubs Annual Crawfish Boil and Catfish Fry.

YMCA Healthy Kids Day is a great time to register for summer programs like day camp, various youth sports, and swim lessons.  Join us for Healthy Kids Day to MAKE IT THE BEST DAY EVER and get ready to TAKE ON SUMMER.
